Teens: Gain Self-Esteem/Confidence

Service Description

Does your teen struggle from a lack of self-confidence, bullying, or a need to "fit in"? Working together, I will help your teenager learn how to create a life filled with the confidence and self-esteem they need to be truly happy and successful. Learning how to be at peace with who they are is one of the greatest gifts that we can give our children. My program will help them discover tools and insight that will benefit them for years to come. *I am not a licensed therapist. If I see signs that your teenager is in need of something more than Life Coaching, I will make that recommendation to them and/or you based on our coaching agreement.
